PPE Engineering LLC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
- Warranties

PPE Engineering Limited Warranty
All products re-sold by PPE Engineering LLC are warranted by their manufacturers only. PPE Engineering does not warranty or take responsibility for defects of products that we do not manufacture. Products include, but are not limited to ECT catalytic converters, Magnaflow catalytic converters, Magnaflow mufflers, RPS Turbo Clutch products, and OEM parts.
PPE Engineering LLC warrants to the original purchaser that each PPE brand product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase. PPE Engineering does not warrant or make representations concerning its products when not installed and used in accordance with the manufacture's instructions and good installation and maintenance practices of the automotive industry.
PPE Engineering will not be liable for labor charges and/or other tangible or consequent losses that might be blamed as a result of the failure of any part, nor shall it be liable for damages or injury to persons or property resulting from the misuse or improper installation of any part subject to this warranty.
PPE Engineering's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing, replacing or crediting, at its option, any part found to be so defective. Transportation charges must be pre-paid by the customer.
There are no other warranties either expressed or implied, which extend beyond those set forth above.
All returned products MUST be accompanied by a copy of the original sales invoice, clearly showing the date of the original purchase and part number. Be sure to include your name, shipping address, day time phone number.

PPE Engineering LLC Return Policy
If you did not purchase your PPE Engineering product from PPE Engineering, you must return it to the company you purchased it from.
Stocked items purchased from PPE Engineering may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date or shipping date (which ever list later) shown on the invoice. There is a 15% restocking fee imposed on all good returned for a refund. Shipping charges are always non-refundable.
There are no refunds, returns or exchanges on custom orders. Deposits on orders are also non-refundable.
All returned items must be in the original packaging and in original/unused condition, and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. There are no returns on electronics.

GOVERNING LAW: In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of PPE Engineering shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State's courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District). Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.
MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and PPE Engineering with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supercede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and PPE Engineering with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by PPE Engineering. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
